Shipping and Delivery


  • We are committed to prepare and ship your order within the next 2 working days after receiving your order. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and you will be provided with an estimated shipping date.
    Important note *: Due to the saturation of courier companies during the Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday and Christmas season, some shipments may experience a slight delay in delivery. If your order has not been delivered in a reasonable time, please contact us.
  • We ship worldwide, below you can find the detailed information regarding shipping costs for each country.
  • Shipping address can not be modified once the order has been sent.
  • For all shipments within Spain territory, the courier company used for the delivery and transport will be Correos Exprés (except Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
  • For international orders, shipments will be franked to other air transport companies.
  • Shipments to post office boxes will not be possible.
  • Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with the code to track it.

  • Delivery time: 24h once the package is shipped (Peninsula), 2-4 working days to Balearic Islands, Canary Islads, Ceuta and Melilla.


  • Cost: 6.5€
  • Delivery time: once the order is shipped, delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Exceptions: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland and Finland, shipping time is 6 to 8 business days.


  • Cost: 7.5€
  • Delivery time: once the order is shipped, delivery time is 5 to 11 business days.

Orders with only Gift Cards don’t have any delivery costs.

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may carry additional fees and taxes, this costs will be the responsibility of the buyer in all cases. We promise to carry out the procedures and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.
